Perks of being a Wallflower is a treasure trove of sorts. I like that the book is written in a way that you are reading Charlie's letters to his friend. I can't describe that feeling when I read Perks. It kinda makes you feel, forlorn.
I don't think the movie killed the book. I just think it gave it more dimension. Go watch, go read.
